  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

The course in career development offers an opportunity to consider own career development and career choices through the process of reflection, self-actualisation and gaining awareness of own goals, dreams, potentials, strengths and more, towards self-control and change management. Additionally, the course offers a unique mindfulness training to gain insight regarding the quality of own life in the present moment.

3 ECTS:

1 point ECTS 30 hours of classes

1 point ECTS 25 hours of preparation to class (report, homework)

1 point ECTS 25 hours of consultations with the instructor

Course content includes:

theme 1 - career coaching process (goal setting, vision of achieved goal, analysis of resources, recognising limiting beliefs, considering options, making an informed decision regarding career choices)

theme 2 - mindfulness training (e.g. mindful breathing, body scan, observation, listening, eating, performing everyday activities, relations)
