Course description

This is a course designated to English and Spanish Module. The course offers students practice in their communication skills in Spanish at A2+/B1 level.

- developing accuracy in oral communication in Spanish

Knowledge

The student

1. has the ordered knowledge of the Spanish language; knows the lexical-grammatical and phonological rules of the Spanish language at the A2+/B1 level, and the rules of the selection of means for expressing specific types of information (m-W-1/P6S_WG)

2. has the ability to search for, analyze, select and use information utilizing various sources and methods, including online resources (m-U-1/P6S_UW)

3. is able to use the Spanish language in speaking at the level A2+/B1 of the Common European Framework for Languages with relative fluency, accuracy and communication efficiency in a wide range of general, cultural and business topics (m-U-2/P6S_UK)

Social competences

4. shapes their own views on the basis of the gained general and detailed knowledge of the Spanish language area (m-K-1/P6S_KK)

Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes

1. Active participation in classes - 45% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4)

2. Speaking perfomance - 55% of the final grade (outcome 1,3)

Pass at 60% of the final grade
