Course description

The course offers students experience in practicing an innovative English language teaching technique based on entertainment and enriching vocabulary through concept analysing the of art and its variable branches. The course underlines the importance of art in human life.

Course objectives

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the general analysis of the most important layers of the development of an artist figure and to accentuate its direct connection with works of art. Some of the main themes which will be raised during the meetings are: the intricateness of an artist’s formation, difficulties of becoming an artist in postmodern era, various derivatives of uniqueness, the inevitable portion of autobiography in every work of art, multicultural writer figure, the clash between highbrow and lowbrow style of art, time and space of art and many more.
