The task of the course is to raise student`s language fluency to level C1 (according to the criteria suggested by CEFR for languages) in regards to: - understanding exacting texts carrying the hidden meaning, - correct usage of rules of pronunciation and intonation, - elastic usage of the language in writing for general purposes, - correct creation of detailed and relatively complex texts in the form suitable with the content, - controlled usage of the mechanisms of text organization, |

Listening comprehension: understanding informative monologues, conversation held by two or three people and also abrupt fragments of speech presenting one topic matter. Reading comprehension: different forms of texts on the basis from which a student has to find out or match particular elements of information. Vocabulary and language structures: variety of texts presenting structures requiring correction, completion or transformation according to a given model. |
