Getting to know the main concepts and models of spatial management, the theory of land rent, competition in land use as well as land use methods and transformations of the spatial structure of cities. Introduction to the issue of spatial management and the spatial planning system. |

- Spatial management as a science and as a practical activity and its place among other scientific disciplines - Volatility of spatial systems of the economy. - Review of the basic theories on spatial management - Value of urban areas.
