(tylko po angielsku) Lectures: 1. Introduction to the subject, presentation of the area it deals with, discussion of the literature and the rules of passing. 2. Place of organization and management methods in management sciences. 3. Problems in organizations - identification and classification. Diagnostic and prognostic approach 4. Methods of organization improvement and development - benchmarking. 5. Methods of organization improvement and development - internal marketing. 6. Methods of organization improvement and development - reengineering. 7. Methods of organization improvement and development - outsourcing. 8. Methods of organization improvement and development - lean management. Summary. Exercises: 1. Discussion of the methodology, which is the basis for the projects developed during the course. 2. Application of the methodology of solving problems of organization and management - a pragmatic approach (formulation of the problem and planning of activities). 3. Application of the methodology of solving problems of organization and management - a pragmatic approach (diagnosis of the problem with the use of organization and management techniques). 4. Application of the methodology of solving problems of organization and management - a pragmatic approach (formulating solutions using heuristic techniques). 5. Application of the methodology of solving problems of organization and management - a pragmatic approach (evaluation of proposed solutions using quantitative methods). 6. (tylko po angielsku) Forms of credit (verification of learning outcomes) Assessment work (effect 1,2,4); Group project (outcomes 3,4,5) Activity and posture during classes (learning outcomes 6,7,8). B. Basic evaluation criteria LECTURES 1. grade from a colloquium checking the knowledge acquired by students and the ability to apply it to the analysis, interpretation and solving of practical problems (80%), 2. student's activity during lectures, manifested by preparation, participation in discussions, self-formulation of questions concerning the discussed topic, analysis of case studies, etc. (20%). EXERCISES: 1.group project carried out during classes (70%), 2.activity and involvement in classes (20%), 3. additional, optional activities (10%). |
