Efekty uczenia się: |
Objectives: - in the field of knowledge, providing the student with knowledge regarding the functioning of a social group, effective communication between people (verbal and non-verbal communication), conflicts and their resolution - developing skills in cooperation, attentive listening and good communication - in terms of competences, obtaining competences for effective functioning in a social group, developing common norms and principles in the group, solving group problems, sensitizing to the needs of other people, getting to know each other. Participation in these classes will help the student gain knowledge of the specifics of teamwork. The student will learn the standards of teamwork, determining its effectiveness, behavior and group roles, as well as the principles of team management. Acquire the skills to build a team, cooperate with others and lead a team using the principles of effective communication. Will be able to lead the team to avoid the group thinking syndrome and properly select people for the team. The student will also acquire the ability to recognize and resolve basic team conflicts, provide feedback and deal with criticism. Thanks to the performed exercises, trainings, diagnostic tests and implementation of practical tasks, the student will develop important competences, such as cooperation, pursuing a set goal, and jointly overcoming barriers. Recognizes his own weaknesses and strengths in the context of teamwork. |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
Form of credit Two absences are possible. The next ones require an additional final exercise. As part of the classes you can get 60 points, of which a minimum of 31 is required to pass. Credit based on participation in individual exercises and performing project tasks. Scoring points for exercises: 31-36 37-42 - dst plus 43-48 - db 49-54 - db plus 55-60 - bdb Alternative credit: exercises can also be scored very good by winning a field game. However, the game does not release you from class attendance. |
