Registrations

Registrations are organised by the teaching units, registration deadlines depend solely on the the decision of those responsible for organising registration. Where to find information on planned or ongoing registrations

Data migration

Every day at 6:00, 10:30 and 14:30, data synchronisation (known as data migration) with the main USOS database is performed. During this time, the USOSWeb system is unavailable. Please also note that information entered by dean's office staff in the USOS system will only be visible on USOSWeb after data migration.

Logging in

After using the Log in option, you will be redirected to the Central Login Point. Log in with your university e-mail address in the uni.opole.pl or student.uni.opole.pl domain and the password assigned to it.

Forgotten password

If you do not remember your password, use the password recovery option. A reset link will be sent to your private email address. If you have changed your private email address, update it at your home dean's office or at panel.uni.opole.pl.

Transfer of student email to the MS Office 365 cloud

The student email service has been transferred to Microsoft 365. Details can be found here.
