Course descripition The course in career coaching is addressed to students who are in their final year of studies. Its main aim is to support students in refining their career choices. The course is highly individualised. |

Course objecties: A general goal of the course is to raise students' awareness of their career plans after they complete their university studies. The students will have a chance to work with professional coaching techniques and tools for personal and career development via a coaching process. ---------------------- Course content includes: Defining what is coaching, what coaching is not. Setting a career goal. Establishing a vision of fulfilled goal. Analysing own values, beliefs, identity, strengths, emotions. Recognising limiting beliefs. Overcoming barriers. Learning to make responsible decisions. ------------------------- Forms of instruction: multimedia presentation, , pair-work, group-work, coaching tasks, reflective tasks, CV writing, report writing, ICT tools - MS Teams |
