(tylko po angielsku) The course introduces the students to a variety of aspects relevant to the change management, starting from theory and different models, tools, and techniques of successful change management that organizations adopt. The course is based on lectures, international examples and case studies in addition to couple of group field visits. 3ECST 1 ECTS – 30h of attending classes 1 ECTS – 10h consultations + 15h preparation to classes 1 ECTS – 25h preparation to field visits and field visits themselves |

(tylko po angielsku) The course is of an introductory character, but at the same time it gives students a panoramic overview on various theoretical and practical approaches to project and change management. It aims to give students the basic knowledge obligatory to be a project member or leader. It is designed for students to engage with presented materials. Course content 1. What is a change, what is change management 2. How to make a successful change 3. Project management vs change management 4. Change management as a tool to influence and manage people’s talents |
