The course is designed to allow students to seek out an academic event, preferably an academic conference, in order to contribute to its proceedings. Students are to choose an event that is profiled to suit their specialty and academic interests. They are to submit an abstract and to design a study to report at a conference. They are to prepare a multimodal presentation or a speech on the subject and deliver it at the conference. Then they are to submit the research report to the conference proceedings.
